We offer continuous in house training starting from everything you find behind our bars to the wonderful food we produce. We have partnered with an outside training company which enables us to offer an Internship program which gives you the opportunity to learn fantastic management skills while you work giving you the chance to ‘earn while you learn’ and begin building your management career. You will be guided by your manager, a dedicated personal coach and supported with a range of learning activities to help you become a professional leader and manager. You will be set goals and tasks that work towards becoming a professional and capable manager and leader.
